There are four ways to train with me.

  1. I offer 1 on 1 personal training.

  2. Virtual group classes.
    I host a live streaming bodyweight workout every M-W-F at 7am and 8am PST.

    Virtual classes are capped at 35 in order to ensure I can correct form and keep eyes on the entire group. I want to make sure these classes stay personalized, safe, and inclusive for everyone. You do not need to turn on your camera if you do not feel comfortable. The most important thing is that you show up and just have fun! The classes are open to anyone of any fitness level and in any location across the country. No equipment is needed.


    You can buy a monthly unlimited subscription via the MINDBODY app below.
    A monthly subscription includes:

    • Unlimited live virtual workouts

    • 20+ pre recorded videos to watch OnDemand. If you miss a virtual class you can still workout on your own time!

    • Access to me at any time to talk about your health goals, nutrition, etc.

  3. Group classes and private couple training.

  4. Corporate group classes.
