EXperience

I have close to 15 years of experience in the health and fitness industry, and have spent my life playing sports and staying active. After college I ended up in a job I hated and my health began to suffer.  After years of being unhappy I returned to the one thing that always made me happy and fullifed, fitness. Being healthy pyschcally and menatally also helped me with my own struggles of weight loss and weight gain. Through years of experience and education I've figured out the best methods to help people reach their goals. I was a top trainer at Equinox Fitness and hold the prestigious NSCA-CPT Certification and Ace Health and Wellness Certification.  I studied massage at the Swedish Institute, have a BS in Psycholgy an Associates in Occupatinal Therapy and hold a Precision Nutrition Certification. My specialty as a Health and Wellness Coach is in delivering comprehensive workout and lifestyle programs that are scientifically based and tailored exclusively for you. My system is proven to get results every time and is not only incredibly effective, but enjoyable and fulfilling too. I want to give my clients the tools they need to create a healthier lifestyle, something that is sustainable long term.

Fitness is my passion and it shows in my work. My clients come to me for more than just a good workout, I help them undertand what's holding them back, how to manage stress, how to create self care time and to make sure they're prioritizing their health. I have experience working with all types of people with all types of goals. My clients range from athletes to artists, teenagers to seniors. I get my clients excited about the changes we're going to make together. I work with each client individually, focusing on achieving long term results through challenging and constantly varied assignemts and 1 on 1 work.

I'm committed to helping my clients lead active lives by empowering them with the necessary knowledge, proper techniques and healthy habits to do so.
