Fitness is like a great fitting suit or dress, its hard to find the perfect fit off the rack. You need someone to tailor it for you. The Morph Method is an online training program that tailors nutrtion and workouts specifically for you. It's that personal touch, that will help you finally get results and reach your goals. It is simple in its design and looks at body composition in relation to someones body type. Whatever your fitness goals my method will help you achieve them. This is a self driven program, you have to want to succeed. I'll push you and check in on you but you're in control. I'll provide you with everything you need to succeed but you have to put in the work. The end results will fill you with a sense of accomplishment you didn't know you could achieve. You'll be stronger physically and mentally.  You'll have a thorough understanding of your body and a better understating of diet. Most people fail at reaching their goals because they don't know what to do, I'm going to remove that obstacle.

Everyone falls into one of three categories, Endomorph, Ectomorph, Mesomorph. Some people are also a combination of types. Myself, i'm 60% Endomorph 40% Mesomorph.  I can gain muscle but store body fat. What made a huge difference for me was understanding my diet. Everyones motivation for working out and eating healthy are different, my program is here to help you achieve your individual goal.  If your skinny but want to be strong, this method will work. If you've got curves and feel sexy but have a hard time catching your breath, The Morph Method can help. If you want to look good running down the beach like someone from the cast of Baywatch, guess what, this will help. So what are the body types?

  • Ectomorph   Lean and long with difficulty building muscle, flat chest, skinny waist, very fast metabolism, hard to gain weight.
  • Endomorph  High body fat, often pear shaped, high tendency to store body fat, soft and rounded, lose weight slowly, carb sensitive, naturally strong.
  • Mesomorph  Muscular, well built, high metabolism, responds to exercise quickly, wide shoulders, thin waist.

By understanding your body type you can train and diet more efficiently. An Endomorph needs to do high intensity cardio and weights to see results. An Ectomorph can avoid cardio and focus on shorter training sessions that use heavy weights with low reps. I develop 12 week programs for clients who really want to make a change and are sick and tired of spending money and wasting time on plans that aren't working for them.

This is a serious commitment and results are guaranteed as long as you stick to the program.   • The next step in the online training process is app account creation. I deliver all workouts, nutrtion as well as other content including tracking through the app, Setting up your account and familiarizing yourself with it is an important step. I create your account on my end, then you'll receive a confirmation link and finish the set-up.

    Once you're set-up with the app, you'll take your starting stats, such as body stats and lifting stats (if you have any), which I'll  use to track your progress over time. You'll be able to see this progress in the app, via the charts and other tracking information on your personalized dashboard. These stats are updated once a month. If you're a novice and unsure of your lifting stats dont worry, we can talk via email or phone and i'll get more details from you.
