I teach sustainable fitness. Changing your eating and exercise habits is a hard and somtimes slow process. Sure the physiology is simple. Eat the right amount (for most people, that’s less) + move the right amount (for most people that’s more) and you can expect results. But when someone attempts to eat less or move more, they’re fighting against (often) a lifetime of deep- seated-habits.

Changing everything at once is unrealistic, its also why 95% of people “regress” after short duration programs.

True progress comes not from “overhauling” but from building transferbale skills. Systematically.

Hiring a personal trainer is expensive and not everybody enjoys taking classes, but these are not your only options to get into great shape. Almost everyone has the ability to workout but maybe lacks the knowledge to do so effectively. My goal is to give you the tools that will enable you to walk into a gym with confidence and understanding.
